文档介绍:三孔轴承盖加工工艺及 Z525 钻床夹具设计【摘要】本设计主要是关于普通钻床改造为多轴钻床的设计及其夹具设计。普通钻床为单轴机床,但安装上多轴箱就会成为多轴的钻床,改造成多轴钻床后,能大大地缩短加工时间,提高生产效率。因此本设计的重点是多轴箱的设计,设计内容包括齿轮分布与选用、轴的设计、多轴箱的选用、导向装置设计等。本次设计所选定的夹具方案为采用圆柱面定心夹具(三个点确定一个圆) ,定位准确,采用压板进行压紧,进行各种机械加工,夹紧力稳定,能满足普通精度机床的要求。【关键词】:多轴钻床;立式;钻床;多轴头;固定;夹具 Three-ring b earing cover machining technology and Z525 drilling fixture design Abstract: The design is about reconstructing the ordinary drill toa multiple drill and fixture design. The ordinary drill isa single drill. It will improve its productive efficiency, shorten its processing time if assembled a multiple spindle case on. That so calls a multiple drill. Hereby, the keystone of this design paper ishow to design a multiple spindle heads. The design subjects include the selection and distribution of gear wheel, the design of spindle, and the guiding equipment and selection of the multiple spindle heads, etc. This design of fixture scheme selected for using cylinder centralizer(There points define a circle) .With clamp pressure , all kinds of mechanical processing , clamping force is stable and can meet the requirement of general precision machine tools.
