本次机房建设将包括一下几个子系统：

机房漏水监测系统；
机房其他配套设备系统
机房建设根本要求
效劳器及交换设备放置在机房内，根据类型采用专用机柜分类布置。主机区信号电缆和电源电缆在上走线桥架分层平行布放。
机房装修
机房中各类管线需暗敷。
将原有建筑结构吊顶隔断及不用的设备、分隔管道撤除，结构做防尘处理
计算机机房顶棚装修采用采用两种方式：
在操作间采用金属铝天花吊顶；在主机区由于顶棚吊装了走线架故不吊顶而采用喷黑处理的方式。
地面全部采用抗静电全钢活动地板。要求承载力大、防火性能好；柔光、耐磨、防腐蚀等处理；抗静电性能优良、抗污染、便于清洗，造型美观、组装灵活、维修方便、经久耐用，稳定性好，各项指标到达国家标准。
设备间和操作室之间用全钢化玻璃隔断。墙面采用彩钢板，进出机房的门也采用防火门。
机房空调
机房区域使用机房专用精密空调
应满足的温度、湿度标准：机房全年温度23 ±2 ℃。湿度应满足：相对湿度为55±5%，夏季取上限，冬季取下限。
供配电
机房所用的交流电源由大楼配电房单独引进形成独立主回路，防止受大楼大功率用电设备的影响，保证机房用电设备的稳定运行。
机房内需单独设置配电柜，动力〔空调、风机、照明等〕用电需与设备用电在配电时分开。
配电柜有短路、过流保护，其紧急断电按钮与火灾报警联锁。配电柜安装完毕后，进行编号，并标明柜内各开关的用途以便于操作和检修。配电柜内留有备用电路，作机房设备扩充时用电。空调供电与机架供电别离。UPS输出后经过配电柜为机柜供电。数据中心供配电系统应为220V、50HZ，计算机供电质量到达A级。
