第一章 环卫工人招聘录用、工资待遇
一、环卫工人招聘
(一)招聘方式多样化：
采取向社会公开招聘的方法，主要采用的是向周边地区各类媒体发布招聘公告、到周边各旗区就业局发布招聘公告、内部工人推荐、劳务输出等一些快速有效的方式。
(二)人员招聘要求：

，品行端正，有良好的职业道德与社会公德，无违法乱纪前科；
，有较强的责任心和吃苦耐劳精神；
，女工年龄在18到55周岁之间，且身体状况良好；年龄超过合同工标准但身体状况良好，能适应环卫保洁工作的工人可酌情按临时工聘用；
二、工资待遇
1500元，绩效工资500元，不安排食宿；
，组长岗位津贴100元/月，通讯补贴50元；；

，缴纳养老保险、医疗保险、工伤保险、生育保险和失业保险五项保险。
三、劳动安全保障
，试用期满后根据工人的试用期表现及健康检查结果断定是否留用。新区公用事业管理局〔以下称“我局”〕与通过试用期考核的工人签订正式的劳动用工合同，合同期为一年，合同期满双方同意后续签劳动合同。
