In thisarticle, based on the analysis ofdefinition on the coordination degree betw een econom ic de-
velopm entand environm ent, an indicatorstructure, coordination degree m odeland the calculating m ethods
on the relation betw een the stage ofeconom ic developm entand the capacity ofenvironm entare putforw ard.
The value ofcoordination degree in seventeen regions ofShandong province is ecause the value
doesn'ord people's habitforjudging the relation am ong econom ic developm ent, resources and environ-
m ent,the indicatorvalue is converted into grade value by the w ay ofclass-deviation standardization,nam ely
the conceptualconjunction betw een judge aggregation and standardization value is established. U sing this
judge aggregation, the coordination degree ofShandong province is classed into fourtypes. The second and
