第三章执业人员
第九条在体检机构从事体检工作的医师应当同时具备以下条件：
〔一〕取得医师资格证书、执业医师证书并经体检机构所在地卫生行政部门注册；
〔二〕从事2年以上同一专业的临床工作；
〔三〕省级卫生行政部门规定的其它条件。
第十条在体检机构从事体检工作的护士，应当同时具备以下条件：
〔一〕取得护士执业证书并经体检机构所在地卫生行政部门注册；
〔二〕从事1年以上临床护理工作。
第十一条体检机构出具的体检报告应由主检医师审核签名。主检医师应当同时具备以下条件：
〔一〕   具有内科或外科主治医师以上职称；
〔二〕从事2年以上体检工作。
第十二条体检人员应当按照规定接受医学继续教育。

第十三条体检机构提供体检效劳必须在?医疗机构执业许可证?标明的执业地点进行。凡取得?医疗机构执业许可证?医院、门诊部及专业体检机构必须在执业许可范围内开展体检工作。
第十四条体检机构应根据自身的能力和条件在卫生行政部门审定的体检范围和工程内开展体检业务，未经批准不得擅自增加或变更。
