二是精心组织，盛大启动。我校“体验科学〞中国流动科技馆长治巡展参观活动于9月10日隆重启动。政教处郭志斌主任与高二的270余名师生代表一起参加了启动仪式。
三是加强协作，全面推动。为了办好此次活动，我们积极与各处室、年级组等部门联系，联合下发通知，专门召开协调会，对整个活动进行了统一安排部署，明确工作职责、任务。
〔二〕精心筹划、组织有序
为了保证活动顺利、有序、平安进行，我们对活动进行了详细、周密的方案安排。

一是制定了活动方案。
二是召开协调会，明确职责分工。政教处还专门召开会议，对活动期间平安、组织工作进行了安排，以确保活动的顺利开展。
三是对活动统一安排，重点组织。学校接到通知后，按照活动安排，认真组织学生参观体验。在组织学生参观时，指定专人负责，注意学生平安，指定了参观学生。
四是为了提高参观展览期间的平安应急反响能力，防止因参观期间因人员拥挤等因素造成突发事件，最大限度地减轻不平安因素造成的损失，切实保障参观人员在参观期间的人身平安，根据场地实际情况，制定了?长治十中参观“中国流动科技馆〞巡展活动平安预案?。
〔三〕形式多样，注重实效
一是下发资料，增加趣味。为了丰富活动内容，我们先期领取了科教中心提供的参观指南资料，分发宣讲学****增加了活动的趣味性、知识性。
二是丰富载体，广泛征文。为了使活动取得成效，在活动学生中开展了“体验科学—中国流动科技馆参观心得体会〞征文活动，广泛征集学生们参观体验科技馆后的感想、感受，使其观有所得。
三是问卷调查，了解所需。为了了解广阔学生在活动中所学、所得、所想、所需。我们针对流动科技馆展出的展品，专门设计了中国流动科技馆调查问卷。一方面让青少年带着问题有目的的去观看、体验，另一方面征求学生们对流动科技馆的意见、建议，为以后更好的开展此项活动奠定根底。
