文档介绍:毕业设计( 论文) F 钉自动排钉机的设计学号: 姓名: 专业: 机械设计制造及其自动化系别: 机械工程系指导教师: XXX 讲师 XXX 副教授二○一五年三月 i 摘要本课题来源于当今社会机械工业加工设备的改良和更新换代基础之上,通过设计出 F钉自动排钉机,从而来满足当今社会排钉设备不足的缺陷。国内 F钉自动排钉机的研发及制造要与全球号召的高效经济、安全稳定主题保持一致。近期对机械行业中排钉设备的使用情况进行了调查,发现在机械行业中,钉是起到连接两个零件的关键零配件。自然而然在装配中它们的安装也非常平凡。在排钉时如果使用临时设备加工,不但劳动强度太大而且相互尺寸不易保证,所以设计一个专用的 F钉自动排钉机势在必行。本文运用大学所学的知识,提出了 F钉自动排钉机的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,构建了 F钉自动排钉机总的指导思想,从而得出了该 F钉自动排钉机的优点是高效,经济,并且安全系数高,运行平稳的结论。关键词: 自动排钉机;关键零配件;设备;高效全套图纸,加 153893706 ii ABSTRACT With development of all kind of science technology and global economy, F manipulator isa automated 16 devices that can mimic the human hand and arm movements todo something , aslo can according toa fixed procedure to moving objects or control tools. It can replace the heay labor in order to achieve the production mechanization and automation, and can work in dangerous working environments to protect the personal safety . Therefore widely used in machine building, metallurgy, electronics, light industry and atomic energy pneumatic part of the design is primarily to choose the right valves and design a reasonable pneumatic control loop, by controlling and regulating pressure, flow press engt F hthdirec tionpro cedurework. The inverted pendulum isa typical high order system, with multi variable, non-line ar, strong-coupling, fleet and absolutely instable. It is representative as an ideal model t o prove new control theory and techniques. During the control process, pendulum can ef fectively reflect many key problems such as equanimity, robust, follow-up and track, the paper studies a control method of double inverted pendulum . First of all, the mathematical model of the double inverted pendulum is established, then make a contr ol design to double inverted pendulum on the mathematical model, and determine the sy stem performance index weightmatrix ,by using ic algorithm in order to attain the system state feedback control matrix.
