文档介绍:哈尔滨华德学院毕业设计(论文) 题目汽车缓速器的设计专业学号学生指导教师答辩日期哈尔滨华德学院哈尔滨华德学院本科生毕业设计(论文) 摘要汽车进入日常生产、生活,对汽车的行驶安全性提出更高要求,安装电涡流缓速器确保车轮制动器处于良好的技术状态, 可使汽车长时间行驶在山区公路时车轮制动器的温度大大降低。分析了汽车缓速器的结构,提出了汽车缓速器的总体设计方案,设计了主要零部件,及所必须的理论计算,保证汽车缓速器工作的可靠性,确保汽车制动性能。关键词: 汽车电涡流缓速器辅助制动设计哈尔滨华德学院本科生毕业设计(论文) ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the modem automobile industry,great importancehas been paid to the safety of the vehicle , especially the heavy trucks working in themountain or in the mine area and the city buses driving in the congested roads . By the analysis ofthe use property ofthe current clutch , the necessity ofusing theretarders is clear in the heavy trucks and the city buses . parison ofthe current different retarders , the advantage and disadvantage of the eddy currentbrake is introduced . How the mathematical model of the eddy current brake in theliterature is discussed , then the paper illustrates the difference of the results of thecalculation and the experiment data , and discuss the reason why it is arise . The paperintroduces the usual method to solve the question by using the finite element methodin the world currently .
