    我们首先组织社区工作人员认真学****贯彻居家养老服务工作的有关文件, 提高对人口老龄化发展趋势和开展居家养老服务工作重要性的认识,创新养老服务工作理念。我们积极借鉴学****各社区居家养老的特色，并通过外出考察参观学****XX、Xx等地的先进经验和做法,不断提高和完善居家养老服务质量。社区同时利用社区市民学校、墙报、宣传栏、QQ群和QQ空间等阵地,大力宣传《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》及有关居家养老服务工作的文件精神,在全社区宣传开展居家养老服务工作的重要意义,使这项工作家喻户晓,人人皆知,从而充分发挥舆论引导和推动作用,增强社会各界和社区居民参与居家养老服务的责任感和紧迫感,形成全社区关注、关心养老事业的浓厚氛围。
    三、努力丰富居家养老服务
    一是志愿者服务。我社区有一大批助老志愿者,为社区中的空巢老年人、困难老人服务。还利用法律、医疗、便民等专业特长的专业志愿者。
二是精神慰藉服务。我社区辖内单位拥有市母婴健康中心、市福利院、市卫校、市财政局宿舍楼、市交通学校宿舍楼,是知识分子相对聚集的社区。这些退了休的老同志,文化层次高,求知欲望强。根据这一特点,我社区积极开办了社区
