文档介绍：chic 本科毕业论文(设计) 题目台灯罩注塑模具设计学院工学院专业机械设计制造及其自动化班级学号学生姓名指导教师完成日期西安思源学院教务处制二〇一六年五月 I 摘要注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性的成型可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件,本次设计就是将台灯罩作为设计模型,将注塑模具的相关知识作为依据,阐述塑料注塑模具的整体设计过程。本文设计的内容就是台灯罩注塑模具,材料为 ABS ,根据其结构形状特点以及通过对台灯罩成型工艺的正确分析,确定型腔的总体布局,选择分型面,确定脱模方式,设计浇注系统等; 同时本文对注塑模具进行简要介绍,对注塑模具中的主要零件进行设计计算,在设计过程中着重考虑其生产实际中的经济性和合理性。本文运用大学所学的知识,提出了台灯罩注塑模具的结构组成以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,构建了台灯罩注塑模具设计总的指导思想,从而得出了该塑料模具的优点是高效,经济,并且出模精度高的结论。关键词: 注塑模注射成型分型面结论 II ABSTRC T Injection molding is an important method of plastic forming, it is mainly used fo r molding thermoplastic molding can plex shape of precision plastic parts, th e design of the cup asa design model, the injection mold related knowledge as the b asis, elaborated the whole design process of plastic injection mould. In this paper, the design of the injection mould is the cup holder, the material is ABS, according to it s structure and shape characteristics, through the correct analysis of the cup holder mo lding process, to determine the overall layout of the cavity, the choice of parting surf ace, gating system design to determine the stripping method, etc.; at the same time th is paper carries on the brief introduction to the main parts of the injection mold, injec tion molding in the mold design and calculation, in the design process focuses on the actual production in the economy and rationality. In this paper, by using the knowledge of University, put forward the theory ofc omputation must be designed structure of plastic cup injection mold and the main part sof the building and related strength check, the plastic cup injection mold design of the guiding ideology, es to the conclusion that the advantages of the plastic mold is efficient, economical, and the accuracy of the mold conclusion high.
