四、保障措施
。为切实加强对主题实践活开工作的领导，局党组决定成立以局党组书记、局长为组长，副局长为副组长，各科室主要负责人为成员的苍南县科学技术局“双创双效劳〞主题实践活动领导小组，具体负责活动的规划部署、组织协调、催促检查等工作。
。要促使“双创双效劳〞主题实践活动与各项工作有机结合，努力做好“五个结合〞，即要与上级对我县〔局〕科技工作考核结合起来，与党建工作创先争优结合起来，与科技工作效劳和保障县委、县政府的中心工作结合起来，与县委“四解四促〞进村入企活动结合起来，与全局业务的工作结合起来，把主题实践活动转化为推动科技事业开展的强大动力，全面开创我县科技工作新局面。
。要充分借助电视台、?今日苍南?、苍南科技信息平台等新闻媒体、网络的作用，广泛宣传“双创双效劳〞主题实践活动总结出来具有创新性的工作方式、方法以及取得的重要成果，为主题实践活动营造浓厚的舆论气氛。
