二 、认真学****熟知政策，加强各项工作管理
乡镇卫生院是为当地居民提供根本医疗和预防保健的基层医疗机构，越是基层的领导越是要管理含量更高，作为院长，我必需熟悉地掌握国家关于农村卫生的相关政策和法规，敏锐地领悟新出台的农村卫生政策，结合本乡实际情况，融会贯穿，才能制订出能很好地促使本乡卫生事业开展的工作方案。在这种宗旨下，我将做好以下工作：
