. 定期巡视设备，掌握生产运行状况，核实设备缺陷，催促消缺。签发并按时报出总结及各种报表。
. 做好新、改、扩建工程的生产准备，组织或参与设备验收。
. 检查、催促两票、两措、设备维护和文明生产等工作。
