3、强化队伍建设，提高业务水平，努力实现综合治税水平进入关区前列。
一是通过学习不断提高全体党员干部的业务能力、创新能力和业务水平，实现“零过失、零投诉〞。二是落实首问负责制，限时办结各项业务。三是公开办事制度和办事流程，自觉接受社会监督。四是狠抓综合治税，坚持“质量为先，多措并举〞，力争综合治税水平进入关区前列。
长期
各科室每周组织一次集中业务学习，单位加大二次培训力度。办事制度和办事流程已公开。2022年审价补税额位居关区第二。其他工作正在推进中。
4、牢固树立效劳意识，效劳质量争创一流。
牢固树立效劳理念为效劳对象提供优质高效的通关效劳，全面落实5+2工作制及24小时预约通关等效劳承诺，真情效劳广阔进出口企业；对办事群众做到文明用语、礼貌待人、热情效劳、耐心解答，杜绝“门难进、脸难看、话难听、事难办〞现象；加强调研力度，走透莱芜广阔进出口企业，摸清外贸开展现状，急企业之所急，想企业之所想，有针对性的开展个性化效劳。
长期
5+2工作制及24小时预约通关已兑现，报关大厅摆放了文明用语与标准用语，2022年调研企业13家，与重点企业实施客户联络员制度，建立效劳档案。召开政策宣讲会、业务培训班和企业恳会5次。其他工作正在推进中。
