〔三〕联系群众不够。有的教师为群众搞效劳、为社会育人才的宗旨意识淡薄，对群众的意愿体会不深、对家长的诉求满足不够、对学生的成长适应缺乏，在办学目标、办学水平、教学方式、教学质量等方面不能满足人民群众对优质教育的需求；有的教师缺乏与社会、家庭的沟通和联系，家校共育意识不强。 个别教师长期不家访，与家长和学生不沟通、不谈心，漠视学生和家长的意见和建议。

〔四〕纪律执行不严。有的教师工作不积极 ，个别教师重主张权利、轻履行义务，不甘清贫、私欲膨胀、贪图享乐，违规办班、搞有偿家教，败坏教育形象。
三、主要内容
〔一〕开展专题学习教育活动。利用3月、4月两个月的时间，集中开展专题学习教育活动。一是创新学习方式。采取个人自学、集中学习、专题讨论、外出考察、专家辅导、知识测试、知识竞赛等多种形式组织学习。二是明确学习内容。学习党的十八大报告、?党章?以及中央和省市区领导的重要讲话精神，学习区委十二届三中全委会和区十六届人民政府二次全体成员扩大会议精神，学习各级关于改良工作作风、密切联系群众、反对铺张浪费的有关规定，学习教育部?贯彻落实中央改良工作作风、密切联系群众，<八项规定>和<实施细那么>的实施方法?，切实提升广阔干部教师素质，增强履职尽责、厉行节约的主动性、自觉性。〔每位教师提供3000字以上的学〕。三是做好结合文章。组织开展“四对照、四查摆〞活动，把学习教育和解决实际问题结合起来。即：对照“三治三提〞标准，查摆工作纪律、工作效能中存在的问题；对照“八项规定〞，查摆转变作风、效劳师生中存在的问题；对照效劳承诺，查摆行风建设中存在的问题；对照争先进位。创先争优的要求，查摆工作水平、工作质量、工作标准中存在的问题。分析思考存在问题的深层次原因，有针对性地制定措施，切实抓好整改。
