塘格木镇寄宿制小学
妇女工作委员会自检自查报告
根据共和县妇女联合会和共和县县直机关、企事业单位妇委会〔妇女小组〕重点工作目标责任书下达的任务。我校妇委会进行了认真的自检自查，现将有关情况汇报如下：
一、根本情况
我校妇女工作委员会成立于2022年9月，设主任1名，副主任2名，教师委员17名，后勤委员13名、共有会员30名。
二、主题实践活动
〔一〕学校领导重视，把创立活动作为精神文明建设的重要内容来抓，将创立活动纳入学校工作方案，将创立为“巾帼文明岗〞作为工作目标，认真规划并组织实施。
〔二〕在县妇联的正确领导下，我校在日常教学中坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表〞重要思想为指导，组织广阔妇女学****贯彻党的十八大精神及省十二次党代会精神，省、州妇联重要部署。大力开展〞三反、三强〞，社会主义荣辱观宣传教育，弘扬和培养〞四自〞精神，进一步凝聚妇女力量，激发妇女活力。坚持创新体制，创新观念，倡导全体女职工树立“热爱本职，勤奋工作〞的职业道德观，带发动工积极为我校争创效益，为学校的开展奉献青春和智慧，充分展示新时代女性的风貌。
〔三〕举行了庆三八趣味运动会。三八国际妇女节，由学校妇委会牵头，组织公司女职工开展庆三八趣味运动会，运动会准备了各种有趣的游戏和丰富的奖品。
