引 言

我国自实施改革开放以来,各行业取得了飞跃式的开展,家电行业无疑是最有代表性的行业之一,并且成为我国现阶段市场程度化最高、开放程度最高的行业,同时也是我国参与国际竞争最具竞争力的一个行业。
90年代以来,我国家电行业经历三次价格大战:第一阶段是1993年开始以郑州商业大战为标志的商业企业竞争主体摆脱政府“喂奶〞的地位,开始自力自主,按照市场规律,在产品/形象、效劳、质量等处于弱势时期用价格比拼,在商场的价格战中,转变了观念,优化了商品结构,改善了效劳。第二阶段是1996年开始到1997年底的竞争多于管理的阶段。以长虹降价为标志,表达了我国价格竞争才能感商业领域向制造领域的扩展。其背景和特点是:买方市场开展步伐加快,卖方市场的影响不断弱化,供过于求的商品种类越来越多。第三阶段是从1998年起,以商品大面积价格战与行业自律行为为特征。其背景是,中国在此期间形成了买方市场。局部企业以占有市场为目标的价格战竞争日益白热化,同时也日渐认识到产品创新、质量效劳的市场意义,价格的过度竞争也引起了行业自律的流行。
通过对家电行业价格战的研究,了解价格战的形成机理及其意义,为家电行业更为良性地开展提供可行性建议,遏止和减少恶性价格战的发生,促使家电企业为市场提供质量更高、价格更优的产品和效劳,从而使消费者权益得
