施工任务，我公司选派技术能力强，施工经验丰富的许书刚同志作为该工程给、排水及采暖安装工程负责人，全面负责该工程的给、排水及采暖安装工作。（管理人员名单见附表-1）
工程前期及时组织施工图纸的会审交底，准确做好施工预算，做好预埋、预留工作，做好各工种的上岗持证培训工作。
基础及主体施工阶段，安排3人进行预留工作；进入施工高峰期时，计划投入劳动力15人。以上人员可根据工程进展情况进行合理调整，确保工程施工进度。
工程前期与业主明确甲、乙双方的职责义务，有计划的分批合理安排材料进场，并根据施工进度实际情况，材料部门提前做好材料的准备工作，保证及时供应合格的材料。
