常见传染病的中医防治系列知识之一：
麻 疹
麻疹俗称“疹子〞、“痧子〞，是由麻疹病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，主要通空气传播。多发于婴幼儿。患过麻疹后可获得持久性的免疫力。
麻疹病潜伏期为lO－12天。出疹前后5天左右为传染期。麻疹病毒存在于患者的眼泪、鼻涕、唾液中。发病时可有发热、流涕、流泪、怕光、头痛、食欲减退、呕吐、腹泻等病症。在发热后的2－3天，于口腔两侧近臼齿处的颊粘膜上，可出现“麻疹粘膜斑〞，斑点为针尖大小的白色小点，周围有一圈红晕。出疹后2－3天，此斑就会消失。
中医治疗
鲜芫荽30克，水煎服适用于前期；浮萍、苏叶、芫荽各15克，西河柳30克、煎水外擦全身，适用于出疹期出疹不远；鲜芦根、鲜茅根各30克，水煎服，适用于恢复期。
