第一条 目的任务
一、工作目的
通过林业生态红线划定工作，确定全省及各市县林业生态红线保护的目标和任务，明确生态建设和林业开展空间，落实林地用途管制，强化森林资源、湿地资源和野生动植物资源保护管理，为扎实推进我省林业生态文明建设、建设全国绿色生态第一省，实现经济社会可持续开展奠定根底。
二、工作任务
、任务，将林业生态红线目标分解到镇〔乡、场〕。
，以小班为单位，开展生态红线主要属性因子调查，明确林地、湿地保护区域等级。
