××中学08-09学年度教师职评考核细则
一、政治思想表现及职业道德记10分
以《××中学教师政治思想职业道德考核评分细则》考评结果为准。
二、考勤定基本分10分
无故旷工一天扣5分，旷课一节扣1分，各种集会，开会无故缺1次扣1分，，病假一周以上，，。此项扣完为止。
三、教学工作量基本分20分
每周实际工作量，不考虑加计工作量
四、教学成绩定基本分60分
1、将本班教学人均成绩与龙潭辖区内各校(含本校)同科校平成绩排名，排名1~8名分别记分75、70、65、60、55、50、45、40。
2、同科多班任教的，以多班平均成绩参与排名，多科多班任教的，分科参加排名记分，再将所得分平均核算。
3、接任科目另设加分，每进步一名加5分，接任前是第一名的只要保住第一名可加5分。该大项总分以80分封项。
4、未上课的行政、管理人员教学记分，以本次参评人员教学效果考核记分第二名的为准。
五、加分部分
1、教研组长备课组长2分，班主任3分，中层4分，校级5分
