行政执法人员岗位职责
一、 坚持原那么，秉公执法。认真执行房地产管理法律、法规和规章，办理案件要做到事实清楚、证据确凿、适用法律法规正确、符合规定程序。
二、 严格执行行政执法“五公开〞，即公开执法人员身份；公开执法办案程序；公开办案处分结果；公开行政处分规定；公开申诉制度。
三、 现场执法要有两名以上人员参加，主动出示行政执法证件，并向行政相对人公开讲明执法内容，执法使用统一标准文书。
四、 执行公务时不得饮酒，不得带与公务无关的人员。
五、 不得将标志、执法证件转借他人。
六、 办案时，应注意保持各种证据的原始性和完整性，不准随意破坏、更改证据。
七、 进行处分时，应讲明处分依据，并认真听取被处分单位的辩白、陈述，现场处分不得超越权限。
八、 廉洁奉公，不谋私利。不准利用职权敲诈勒索、索贿、受贿；不准提出有碍于公正执法的任何要求；不准接受任何形式的馈赠、宴请；不准私自处理样品和罚没物品。认真受理举报投诉，对反映的问题，要及时、认真查处，不准以任何理由敷衍推诿、不负责任，对举报者要给予保密。
