第三章 毕业生见习期管理
第十三条 毕业生见习期为12个月，时间从当年的8月至次年的7月，见习期内工资待遇详见公司的相关文件。
第十四条 为加强毕业生的管理，培养复合型人才，毕业生在见习期内实行轮岗培养制度，轮岗培养制度详细需求见?新进人员见习期间轮岗培养手册?。
第十五条 在见习期间内由所在单位制定培养方案，并报人力资源部备案，每个培训周期结束，由毕业生见习部门和人力资源部共同组织考试、考核，合格者，方可转到下一部门进行轮岗培养。
第十六条 见习期内考试不合格者，将继续在原单位见习，连续两次见习不合格者，公司将予以解除劳动合同。
第十七条 轮岗培养结束后，由毕业生撰写个人学习总结，交人力资源部备案。人力资源部对毕业生全年表现进行考核，考核合格者填写?高等院校毕业生转正审批表?、?转正考核表?，转正定级后按照岗位兑现待遇。
第四章 员工外部招聘及退役军人安置
第十八条 按照?中国大唐集团公司员工配置管理方法?规定，本方法所指员工招聘是指为满足企业改革、开展对人力资源需求，采取考试、考核方式，按照公开、公正，平等竞争，择优录用原那么，招收录用企业外部员工的制度。
