〔二〕林木种苗生产、经营和使用档案情况
检查的5个林木种苗生产单位中，已经建立档案的单位5个，占100%。其中，档案内容齐全的单位5个，占100%。
〔三〕林木种苗生产经营许可证和标签制度落实情况
应当具有林木种子生产经营许可证的5个单位中，有林木种子生产经营许可证的单位5个，占100%；在检查的5个单位中，生产经营环节使用标签的单位5个，标签使用率达100%。
〔四〕县级以上地方林业主管部门按?种子法?规定确定采种林和在林木种子采收季节向社会公告采种期的情况。
我县对香椿、楸、冰脆李等境内乡土树种确定了采种林，并在林木种子采收季节向社会公示了采种期。
〔五〕主要林木品种审(认)定情况
检查的9个树种〔品种〕中，列入主要林木目录的树种〔品种〕4个，通过审(认)定的林木良种数不清。
