文档介绍:摘要随着社会的前进,原材料消耗不断增加,导致富矿资源日益枯竭,矿石品位日趋贫化。以我均品位 31%, 锰矿石品位 22% 。绝大多数的原矿需要破磨和选矿处理后才能成为炉料。圆锥破碎机生产效率高,排料粒度小而均匀,可将矿岩从 350mm 破碎到 l0mm 以下的不同级别颗粒,可以满足入磨粒度需要,成为金属矿山选矿厂的主要破碎设备。 20世纪 50 年代初期,国内在仿原苏联的弹簧破碎机的基础上,开发了国内自己的破碎机。这种破碎机的设计思想最基本点是靠排料口大小控制产品粒度,破碎物料的方法是靠动锥单向挤压和弯曲研磨作用破碎物料,物料之间相互作用很弱,破碎过程几乎没有选择性。近来国内外开发的新型高效圆锥破碎机破碎物料应用的范围不断扩大,破碎产品粒度小,破碎效果显著。目前圆锥破碎机正向着大型、高效、可靠、节能、降耗和自动化方向发展。关键词: 矿山,破碎,圆锥破碎机 Abstract As society advances, the increasing consumption of raw materials, leading to the depletion of high-grade ore resources growing, increasingly depleted ore grade.
