(五)组织实施对消防设施、灭火器材和消防安全标志的维护保养，定期组织检查消防设施器材在位和完好情况，及时提出消防设施器材配备、维修、更新意见，确保其完好有效；
(六)管理专职消防队和义务消防队，按照训练计划，督促其定期实施演练，不断提高扑救初起火灾的能力；
(七)确定消防安全重点部位并督促相关部门、单位加强重点监管；
(八)组织员工开展消防安全“三个能力”建设，对员工进行消防知识、技能的宣传教育和培训，组织灭火和应急疏散预案的实施和演练，确保每一名员工都具备“扑救初起火灾、引导人员疏散和整改常见火灾隐患”的能力；
(九)按照规定办理动火作业、增设电气线路和设备的审批、监督动火部门或人员的消防安全防范措施的落实，严格执行消防安全重点部位的动火管理制度。
(十)定期向消防安全责任人（消防安全管理人）汇报消防安全管理体系的绩效，为评审和改进消防安全管理体系提供依据；
(十一)与当地公安消防机构建立沟通渠道，及时向公安消防机构汇报单位的消防安全情况；
(十二)完成消防安全责任人和消防安全管理人委托的其他消防安全管理工作。
