　　公共临时停车处由其管理部门按物价部门核定的标准向停车者收取车辆停放费；单位临时停车处，由设置单位按照划定的停车泊位和物价部门核定的标准向管理部门缴纳车轮亭放费。
　　管理部门收取的车辆停放费实行专户储存，专款专用于道路及交通设施的维修、养护和管理。
　　第十九条　停车场〔库〕和临时停车处必须严格执行物价部门核定的收费标准，使用财政部门统一印制的车辆停放费专用票据，不得擅自提价、改变收费方法或使用非统一票据。
　　第二十条　对因接送旅客、装卸货物在车站、码头、机场、宾馆停车的，或在临时停车处停留不超过5分钟的车辆，不得收取停车费。
　　第二十一条　机动车停车场〔库〕和临时停车处的管理人员必须配戴市公安局交通管理部门制发的统一管理标志。对未佩戴统一管理标志或使用非规定票据收费的，停放车辆的人员有权拒付停车费。
