四、具体方案策略：
1、招聘目标院校：
以国家重点院校或在物流、运输管理专业有较好影响力，毕业生口碑较好的院校为主，以其他地方院校有相关专业的为辅助。确定操作顺序为：
1〕重点招聘院校：北京交通大学、兰州交通大学、北京物资学院、中南大学为重点。
2〕辅重点院校：河北经贸大学等其他地方省级院校。
