A:负责筹划及执行招聘工作方案和工作方案;
B:招聘院校渠道的沟通、确认、跟进及招聘现场招聘任务执行。
C:组织与有关高校联系,进行招聘及宣传工作的实施跟进;
D:设计面试毕业生的根本素质测试题、表格及制度流程;
E:其他任何校园招聘工作方面的执行及资源协调工作;
四、具体方案策略:
1、招聘目标院校:
以国家重点院校或在物流、运输管理专业有较好影响力,毕业生口碑较好的院校为主,以其他地方院校有相关专业的为辅助。确定操作顺序为:
1〕重点招聘院校:北京交通大学、兰州交通大学、北京物资学院、中南大学为重点。
2〕辅重点院校:河北经贸大学等其他地方省级院校。
