6、与工程成果有关的重要数据、技术资料、专利、专著、知识产权协议、论文和照片资料等；
7、涉及技术、经济指标的有关证明材料包括技术检测报告、用户报告等。
8、经省科技厅批复同意调整工程任务或指标的，应提供调整批复意见。
9、河北省科技方案工程验收证书〔工程承当单位需要填写局部〕。

〔函审验收用〕

1、技术资料是否完整、标准。
2、是否完成工程任务合同书要求。
3、经费是否到位以及使用是否合理标准情况
4、对取得的社会经济效益、知识产权的形成情况、科技人才的培养和队伍建设情况、组织管理情况做出评价。
5、提出存在问题和改良意见。

2、各位验收专家认真审查材料后，填写科技支撑方案工程验收函审表，寄(送)或通过网上通信方式发送到主持验收单位。
