County continuation records has examined and approved the draft, spirit, believe, comprehe为7%，省级优秀毕业生评选比例为3%，具体名额见〔附件1〕。省级优秀毕业生必须从校级优秀毕业生中产生。
四、评选层序
1、在个人申报、班级民主评议的根底上，按照分配的名额推选出候选人名单。
2、学院通过审核，确定优秀毕业生名单，并以适当的形式在本院公示3个工作日。
3、学生处对各院上报的结果，在全校公示后，报学校主管领导审批。

五、表彰与奖励
1、获得省级优秀应届毕业生称号的学生，由河南省教育厅颁发优秀毕业生证书，予以表彰。获得校级优秀应届毕业生称号的学生，由学校颁发优秀毕业生证书，予以表彰。相关材料归入个人档案。
2、省教育厅通过河南省毕业生就业信息网等载体，集中宣传省优秀毕业生先进事迹。学校利用校报，校园网等载体对优秀毕业生的先进事迹进行宣传报道。
六、评选要求
1、切实加强领导，根据评选条件，按照“公平、公开、择优〞的原那么，做好优秀应届毕业生评选工作。
2、填写?河南省大中专学校优秀应届毕业生审批表?〔附件2〕一式两份，及2022年优秀应届毕业生登记表〔附件3〕，于2022年3月5日前，报送学生处。
3、所需表格各学院按照要求和标准自行印制。
