义务消防队人员职责及架构图
总指挥1人：
由服务中心经理吴怀海担任总指挥，全面负责义务消防队在火灾突发情况时的全面指挥协调工作。
义务消防队长1人：
由服务中心秩序维护部主管赵海军担任义务消防队长，在火灾突发情况下协助总指挥工作，发生火灾时，组织义务消防队员进行火灾扑救、警戒、疏散、人员救护、后勤保障、设施保障等工作，事后积极协助119消防部门进行火灾事件调查工作；
认真贯彻落实国家的消防法律法规及公司相关消防管理规定，做好义务消防队的组织领导工作；
组织制定服务中心灭火和应急疏散预案，定期组织义务消防队员学习国家消防法律、法规、消防安全常识和灭火技能培训，定期组织演练；
组织义务消防队员检查、熟悉辖区的消防安全设施情况。
