several group number, then with b ± a, =c,c is is methyl b two vertical box between国广阔学校较为普遍的共同学****的外语是英语。通过英语课程对学生进行思想情感教育，使学生了解并尊重其他国家和民族的文化传统，更好地理解并热爱中华民族的优秀文化传统，增强世界意识，树立为中华之崛起而努力学****的远大理想。多年以来，在广阔英语教育工作者的努力下，我国的英语教育，虽然取得了很大的成绩，但在诸多方面还不能适应时代的要求，不同程度的存在着无视学生主体地位，无视人文精神，过分追求学科的知识体系的问题，导致学生的英语运用能力，特别是交际能力偏低。作为一名英语教师，我时常很痛心地看到：按国家?九年义务教育法?规定，已修完义务教育的初中学生，不知道简单的日常交际用语该怎样去应答。更别说主动与说外语的人们进行交流和沟通了。更令我们反思的是许多人竟然还自嘲似的说，“我是中国人，偏不学外文？外国人要想懂我中国人，我中国文化也该整整他们！〞可作为教育工作者，我们清清楚楚地知道，语言的交际功能是何等的重要。中小学英语的课程目标就是要全面提高学生的综合素养使其掌握一定的根本知识与根本技能，建立初步的语感，获得初步运用英语的能力，为真实交际打下根底，为学生的可持续开展打下良好的根底。农村中小学人数所占比例很大，教育界对其关心程度却不够。笔者在农村中小学任教近20年，对农村中小学的英语教学有较为深刻的认识，在深刻领会农村中小学英语教学的弊病之时，不断积极思考农村中小学英语教学的策略
