浅谈财政政策和货币政策的混合使用
摘 要
改革开放以来，中国的经济从方案经济慢慢走向市场经济。经年来随着经济改革的不断深入，市场经济的不断成熟，中国的经济和世界的经济越来越联系密切。随着经济的变化，中国开始或多或少的借鉴西方的经济开展思想。在经济不断开展，变化的时候，平凡的使用调节经济的两个手段，货币政策和财政政策。而西方在近年来，特别是经济危机以来和欧债危机以来，很多的学者把这种危机的影响原因归于政府的货币政策和财政政策的不合理的使用。西方很多学者也对财政政策和货币政策的是否应该实行存在一定的争议。比方货币学派的学者认为财政政策存在严重的弊端，所以政府采用财政政策不但没有作用还对经济有害，而坚持以货币政策作为单一规那么。而凯恩斯主义对于以前解决经济萧条有着重要的作用。在新凯恩斯主义学派认为，由于价格，工资粘性，市场做出调整的时间很长所以财政政策是很有必要地对于调控经济。货币政策存在利弊，中国和别的国家也存在一定的差异，货币政策和财政政策的作用和影响存在差异，盲目的采用西方的经济手段是不合理的。所以研究中国的改革开放以来的货币政策和财政政策是又必要地。
政府又采用了紧缩的货币政策，和货币政策来控制通胀。财政政策和货币政策的配合使用，对我国的经济有着巨大的影响。也能看出我国的财政政策和货币政策虽然有积极地作用，但是也存在一定的问题的。所以对中国的货币政策和财政政策的了解，认识，分析对了解我国经济的开展有着重要
