尊敬的主任、各位副主任、各位委员：
我拟被任为xx区人民法院人民陪审员，现向区人大常委会作供职报告，请予审议。
一、树立强烈的公民意识和高度的社会责任感。
人民陪审员是代表人民群众在人民法院参加合议庭审判活动的人员，是不穿法袍的法官，是人民群众参加国家管理,行使审判权,对审判工作进行监督的重要表达。人民陪审员既是广阔人民司法需求的代表者，又是司法公正、公平、公开的执行者。人民把审判权这一重要的国家权力授予我们，是对我们每一名人民陪审员的高度信任，更是给我们提出了很高的要求。我将时刻牢记自己的使命，时刻牢记人民陪审员的身份，不管是在工作中还是生活中都会严格要求自己，明白我们的权力是人民赋予的，我们代表人民行使审判权，身负人民重托，惩恶扬善，维护社会的公平与正义，努力做一名人民满意、领导放心的优秀人民陪审员。在工作中，我将以强烈的公民意识和高度的社会责任感，认认真真地对待参加审理的每一起案件，兢兢业业，无私奉献，做好人民陪审员的本职工作。
二、努力学习法律知识，了解审判工作的基本规则，提高司法素养和陪审质量。
