负责党组织领导班子的学****按时召开班子民主生活会，加强班子自身建设。
党的组织制度
实行集体领导下的个人分工负责制，党组织班子成员按照明确分工，履行各自职责。党组织书记主持党组织日常工作，负责监督、检查和指导各委员所分管的工作。党组织班子成员之间要密切配合，分工协作。
党组织会议定期召开，一般每月召开一次，因工作需要可随时召开。
坚决执行民主集中制，凡涉及党的路线、方针、政策的大事，重大工作任务的部署，居委会干部的推荐、任免和处理，居民利益等方面的重大问题，应提请党组织会议集体讨论做出决定，任何个人都无权决定重大问题。
讨论决定问题，执行少数服从多数的原那么。决定重大问题要进行表决，实行一人一票，对少数人的不同意见，应认真考虑，如对重要问题发生争论，人数接近，除紧急情况下必须按多数意见执行外，应暂缓决定，待进一步调查研究，交换意见后，下次再行表决，在特殊情况下，也可将争论情况报请上级党组织裁决。
