4、“狠抓落实”，就是要进一步提高廉政制度执行力。严格依据《廉政准则》要求，注重加强对廉洁从政相关规定的执行力度，切实做到有令必行、有禁必止。对违反制度的行为，要坚决予以追究。要严格执行新修订的《行政监察法》，更好地发挥行政监察职能作用，探索新机制、新方法，进一步加强执法监察、廉政监察和效能监察，努力防止行政不作为、乱作为行为，确保法律法规和规章的正确实施。
二、我党优良传统对工商党风廉政建设的启示
今年是建党九十周年大庆，回顾我党成立九十周年来的光辉历程，我们在骄傲和自豪的同时，更要加强学****和反思。是什么使得我党能够在人民解放事业和改革开放的历史变革中，取得伟大的胜利？我党的传良传统，对工商部门的党风廉政建设又有怎样的启示呢？我认为，有四个方面的内容，值得我们学****借鉴。

1、理论联系实际，努力提升党员干部廉洁从政能力。所谓理论联系实际的作风，就是把马克思列宁主义的基本原理同中国革命的具体实践相结合，从实际出发，实事求是的作风。在我党历史上，无论是“农村包围城市”，还是“建设有中国特色社会主义”，都是理论联系实际的成功典范。对于基层工商部门而言，要把握好理论联系实际的作风，就是要充分结合基层工商队伍的实际，深入调研基层工商队伍中存在的共性问题，要求各级领导班子掌握好每名普通干部的思想动态，有针对性地开展好廉洁从政意识和能力的教育、培养和引导工作。既要注重解决宏观层面的问题，也要紧紧把握住每个个体实际需求，做到反腐倡廉工作的协同推进、整体提升。
2、密切联系群众，广泛汲取社会监督的积极因素。所谓密切联系群众的作风，是指党的各级组织和党员干部要和党内外的群众结合在一起，密切党和人民群众的关系，一切为了群众，一刻也不脱离群众。这一作风，是我党取得一切胜利的力量源泉和基本保证。对于基层工商部门而言，就是要坚持
