编制完成了?永和县旅游开展规划?和?旅游开展三年执行方案?。二是整合旅游、文化、林业、交通、以工代赈、土地整理、新农村建设、环境整治等工程资金，打捆投入到改善旅游可进入性工程，全力打造“一馆一湾〞，积极建设“一关一山〞等景区景点建设，完成了红军东征永和纪念馆改扩建工程，启动了黄河蛇曲国家地质公园景区起步建设工程，完成地质博物馆主体建设工程，红军东征永和纪念馆、黄河乾坤湾被列为全市十大特色景点之一。三是出版发行了?红军东征在永和?、?大晋商?等反映红军东征、永和风情的系列纵书，旅游文化内涵进一步丰富。
〔三〕规模初具，旅游开展势头看好。我县围绕红色〔革命老区〕、黄色(乡土禀赋)、绿色〔生态家园〕“三色〞旅游开展，坚持把乡村旅游开展与现代农业园区建设、国家级生态县创立、城乡环境综合治理以及新农村建设等结合起来，积极探索山区农业、生态、文化、旅游“四位一体〞的乡村旅游开展模式，我县以红军东征永和纪念馆为重点的红色旅游、以黄河乾坤湾为重点的黄河文化旅游、以绿色产品采摘为主的生态旅游的格局初步形成，走出了一条乡村旅游开展与生态小康新农村建设相融互动的开展路子。
