Atthe same time, the floors which people live inare also getting higher and higher, wiping the glass es atroublesome thing, Idesign a fully automatic civil car towipe glass inmyresearch and development, when the car isstarted, itcan wipe the glass outside and inside automatically atthe same time. The background and foreign development situation are described inthis paper atfirst, after representing the determination ofthe overall scheme ofglass cleaning robot and detailed mechanical structure design, then the design ofcontrol system ofthe subject is elaborated on, atlast, the debugging ofthe prototype robot entity is introduced inthis paper. The main work ofthis thesis: (1) designing and processing the mechanical structure ofglass robot and assemble the entity. (2) based onSTC12 microcontroller, designing PCB board, processing and welding parts, and then programming and debugging the machine.
