6岁以下儿童健卡率达100％；2010年，一类疫苗各单苗基础免疫接种率均95％以上，信息化率达95％以上，强化免疫、应急接种目标人群接种率95%以上，标准疫苗进购流程、进购渠道、标准疫苗保存保管。

及时发现、登记并报告辖区内发现的传染病病例和疑似病例，参与传染病现场疫点处理；开展结核病、艾滋病等传染病防治知识宣传和咨询服务；配合专业公共卫生机构，对非住院结核病人、艾滋病人进行治疗管理。
