Introduce the concept of manufacture improvement and assessment method for SWAP by study the element of Weiming manufacture capacity.Studying the Man, the Machine,the Material,the Method,the environment and management。SO that find the root cause,and then conclude the method of eliminating hidden factory, re—arranging streamline,saving time and space.Satisfy the customer at better level by manufacture improvement.At the last,the company could achieve the goal to enlarge profit and market share.We could find a new idea combining technique, manufacture and service to promote market development. The paper mainly consists of two parts.The first,Analyze how to build the manufacture operations system based on Lean production system Kaizen concept on the ground of study the enterprise character,the market affection and business process.The second,design productivity assessment goal system based on the S WAP manufacture character.
