摘 要
法律解释是法律实施活动的一种，它是指一定的人或组织对法律的内容和含义所做的说明。目的解释是指从法律的目的出发对法律所作的说明。任何法律的制定都有一定的立法目的，根据立法意图，解答法律疑问，是法律解释应有之意。目的解释中的目的包括整个法律的目的，也包括各种法律标准的目的。本文首先对目的解释的哲学渊源即目的论进行了相关的分析和论述；其次就目的解释的必要性展开了简要的阐述；然后，对于目的解释的可行性方面，分别从法律解释的目的、立法者的目的、正当性目的三个方面进行了理论分析；最后，本文又对目的解释的适用方式和范围进行了分析。总之，目的解释在法律的适用过程中发挥着重要的作用，
