摘要:随着人民生活水平的提高,食品工业(Food Industry)也在迅猛的发展。苏丹红、三聚氰胺带给人们的伤害是巨大的,食品添加剂(Food Additive)一度引起群愤,这到底是添加剂的错还是不法商贩的错。食品添加剂在现代生活中已经变得必不可少,如果没有它,还没有走出超市的大门,我们所购买的商品就会变质、腐败。正确、适当的使用食品添加剂,才能有效发挥这种新产物的作用,为人所用,也只有通过不断地创新和技术改革,食品添加剂的新技术才能走上更加安全的道路。

Abstract:with the improvement of living standards,the food industry is also rapidly increased. The harm Sudan, Melamine bring to people is great,food additive once arouse public anger,which is the fault in the end,the additive itself or the fault of the unscrupulous additive has e indispensable in mordern it,the food we bought turned bad before we go to the outdoor from by use this new product correctly and appropriately can it play an effective role in the world,and the only way to make the use of food additive step into a more safety road is to though continuous innovation and technological changes.

前言
近年来,我国的食品安全环境日趋严峻。从米、面等主食到油、肉、蛋等副食,无一幸免,几乎到了使人疯狂的状态,因为你无法找出一种让人吃着放心的食物。2008年12月8日,中国卫生部(Chinese Ministry of Health)发出紧急通知:卫生部、工业和信息化部、公安部、监察部、农业部、商务部、工商行政管理总局、质量监督检验检疫总局、食品药品监督管理局等9部门决定联手开展为期4个月的专项整治工作,整治内容为“打击违法添加非食用物质和滥用食品添加剂。
