(三)做好考查强调句的试题关键在于识别强调句,识别强调句的关键是去掉it is/was,who/that之后,句子能还原。
如:(2013·高考课标全国Ⅱ卷)It was only after he had read the papers that realized the task before him was extremely difficult to 。 realized the task before him was extremely difficult to complete only after he had read the papers.

注意:高考对强调句型的考查是:
①加大被强调部分的长度和难度,如:被强调部分含not...but...;
②将特殊疑问句的强调句型当宾语从句使用;
③将强调句和定语从句一起考查以加大难度;
④考查诸如“It is not until...that+其他成分”等固定句型;
⑤与其他相似句型的区别。
对谓语动词的强调要注意在祈使句中的考查,如:If you have a job,________(do)devote yourself to it...。从if从句判断所填空为主句,且没有主语,故为祈使句,从而确定考点为对谓语动词的强调。

(四)对于其他特殊结构
1.对于省略与替代现象的考查,考生需要掌握从句中主语、主语和谓语、主语和谓语的一部分的省略现象;不定式的省略;not,so,neither,nor的“替代性”省略等。

2.对于祈使句的考查,需要考生判断的是句子是祈使分句还是状语成分,掌握“祈使句+and/or+陈述句”的句式。
“祈使句+and/or+陈述句”是高考考查的热点之一。加大本句式的考查难度的常用方法是:
(1)祈使句省去动词,如:(Give me)one more minute and I will finish it.
(2)祈使句后又加上if从句,如:Come here if you are free and I will appreciate it.
3.对于感叹句的考查,考生要记住what/how引导感叹句的用法及感叹句的语序。

一、主谓一致
主谓一致是指谓语动词在人称和数上和主语一致,一般遵循三个原则,即语法一致原则、意义一致原则和就近一致原则。做题时还要注意时态及其他语法及词义的正确性。其中语法一致原则要注意以下几点:

Ⅰ.主语后跟有with,together with,as well as,like,but,except,along with,rather than,including,in addition to等引起的短语时,谓语动词的数要与前面的主语保持一致。
The Smiths,together with their daughter,are to arrive on the evening flight.
Nobody but three students was in the laboratory at that time.

Ⅱ.就近一致的情况
1.在there be结构中。
There is a pen and three books on the desk.
2.当or,either...or,neither...nor,whether...or,not only...but also...,not...but...等连词连接两个并列主语时。
Not only his brothers but also he is good at painting.
Ⅲ.句子谓语用单数的情况
1.单数名词或代词、不可数名词、动词不定式或动词-ing形式或单个从句等作主语时。
To go swimming is helpful for shaping your body.
