我这次毕业设计的主要内容是自动化板料剪切生产线——成品接料架的设计,我设计的接料架包括三个部分,输送机构、接料机构、盛料机构。整个板料剪切生产线包括开卷机构、展平机构、剪板机和成品接料架,整个生产线要实现自动化生产,我认为主要是接料架的设计。接料机构要实现几个主要的功能,第一要实现自动化的升降,这要靠plc控制液压缸的上升和下降;第二是要对板材进行装整,实现板材的整齐;第三是要把整理后的板材输送出去。整个生产线最难实现的是如何实现几个机构的同时性和协调性,以及对整个生产线的自动控制。
板料的剪切从开卷、展平、剪切,到接料、打包等是一个专业化得流程,需要综合的考虑整个加工生产过程和各种装备的布置和谐问题,因此需要设计一个自动控制生产线。本次毕业设计的另一个任务是通过实习调研、综合考虑各方面因素选择合适的剪板机。

The whole production line of the most difficult realization is how to realize several institutions at the same time sex and coordination of the whole production line, as well as the automatic control.
The shear sheet from open-book, flattening, shear, to meet materials, packaging, is a specialized must flow, prehensive considering the whole processing production process and various equipment arrangement harmonious problem, so it need to design an automatic production line. The graduation design another task is through the practice research, comprehensive account of various factors choose appropriate plate shears.

随着现在科学技术的发展,现在加工制造设备、加工制造技术越来越向智能化、自动化方向发展,传统的传动、加工方式已不能适应现在技术的要求,而液压、气动传动方式具有很大的优点,因此现在的设备多采用液压传动。现在加工设备要求加工效率高、操作方便、减小工人的劳动强度以及改善工作环境。如,传统的板料剪切基本
