我国能源结构以煤为主,煤电是我国最主要的电力来源。燃烧器的优化于大
型电站锅炉实现高效燃烧和低 NOx 排放具有重要意义。本文以广安电厂三期
2×600MW 扩建工程#1、#2 锅炉安装的 型煤粉旋流燃烧器为研究对象采
用燃烧调整优化试验的方法进行了研究,解决了实际运行中存在的一些问题。
锅炉机组在实际运行过程中,出现了燃烧效率低、飞灰及大渣含碳量大、NOx
排放量高和汽温超温等问题。产生这些问题的主要原因是煤种与设计煤种不同,
燃烧器运行参数未经详细优化而致使燃烧器不能达到应有的设计性能。本文在对
常用的几类先进旋流燃烧器的结构、特点和性能,旋流燃烧器应用和运行过程中
可能出现的问题,低 NOx 旋流燃烧技术的研究和应用等几方面进行系统综述和分
析的基础上,针对机组存在的问题,分别在 530MW、600MW 等不同负荷及不同
煤种下进行了系统的燃烧优化调整试验研究,确定了合理的运行参数,通过燃烧
优化试验,反映锅炉总体性能的锅炉效率、污染物排放量、最低稳燃负荷等主要
经济技术指标均达到设计值,炉膛内燃烧稳定,火焰较明亮;解决了运行中存在
的问题,燃烧器及锅炉整体的性能达到了设计标准,体现了良好的经济性和环保
性能。对于使用同类燃烧器的锅炉燃烧优化具有一定的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
Coal is the main source of energy in China, thermal power is the main source of
electricity. Optimization of pulverized coal-fired burner is very important for large-scale
boilers to achieve high bustion and low NOx emissions. The present
thesis was aimed at the -swirl burner applied in 2*600MW coal-fired boilers of
Guang’an power plant third term expansion project .In order to solve the problems
founded in bustion tuning and optimization experiments were
performed to study .
In the course of practical operation of the boiler unit, bustion efficiency, fly
ash and the carbon content of the slag, NOx emissions of steam temperature and
ultra-high temperature and other issues turned up. These problems are mainly due to the
difference between the coal in operation and design, the burner operating parameters
used without detailed optimization. So the burner cannot achieve design performance.
In this paper, the
Author analyzed the structure, characteristics and performance of monly
used types of advanced swirl burner. The possible problems in the application of the
swirl burner and the research and application of low NOx bustion technology
are also be analyzed. To address the above issues, this paper determined reasonable
operating parameters bustion tuning and optimization experiments under
530MW,600MW and different coals. Through bustion tuni
