摘要:本研究选取鄱阳湖典型堑秋湖南矶湿地国家级自然保护区白沙,通过对白沙湖洲滩土壤样品的全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)、铵态氮NO3--N) and available phosphorus (AP) of soil samples of baisha lake and zhou beach, the nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient characteristics of soil in cut and autumn lake were discussed, which provided a scientific basis for the ecological protection of the lake. The results showed that the contents of TN and TP in Baishahuzhou beach soil varied from to mg · g-1 and from to mg · g-1, respectively. The variation ranges of soil NH4+-N, NO3--N and AP were -·kg-1, -·kg-1 and -·kg-1, respectively. The total nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and available nutrients in the soil of the lake were at low levels, and were at a low risk stage of eutrophication.

本研究以鄱阳湖地区典型的堑秋湖渔业生产方式的白沙湖为研究对象,对土壤的养分指标进行分析,以期探索“堑秋湖”的渔业生产方式与水分梯度变化对土壤养分的影响,为鄱阳湖土地资源合理开发利用提供科学依据和本底资料[1-5]。
1 材料与方法
研究区域概况
本研究区白沙湖,位于江西鄱阳湖南矶湿地国家级自然保护区内,紧靠矶山岛北侧,靠近矶山管理站,以凤鸣路、曾备湖、矶山岛、东湖为边界筑成的圩堤形成一个碟形湖,面积约534hm2;白沙湖存在鄱阳湖地区典型的堑秋湖渔业生产方式,存在包含***阵、定置渔网、地笼、虾网等捕捞工具,存在一定强度的人为干扰。
样品采集与处理
于2019年3月,对白沙湖土壤进行采样,从湖滨洲滩向湖心方向沿水位梯度随机选取6个不同水位梯度的樣点,每个样点随机设置3个25cm×25cm调查样方,对土壤进行采样,装入贴有标签的保鲜袋中带回实验室。利用意大利欧维特元素分析仪(EA3000)测定全N含量,采用H2O2-H2SO4开氏(Kjedahl)消煮法对土壤全P进行测定。
