浅谈企业职工离职率
摘要：21世纪是知识经济占主导地位的经济，人力资源成为企业各种资源中最重要的因素。相对稳定的、高忠诚度的人力资源是企业的核心竞争力所在，决定着一个企业的兴衰成败。因此，职员的离职率一直是困扰企业单位的一个难题，在一定的调研的基础上，对该问题的成因进行了归纳与分析，从而提出可行的对策。

Abstract：Economy in the 21st century is knowledge oriented and human resource becomes the most important factor among all the resouces of a company. Relatively stable talents with high loyalty are the core competitiveness in a company, which determines the company's success or , the staff turnover rate is always a problem in the enterprise unit, based on the investigation of the,the causes of this problem are summarized and analyzed, thus put forward the feasible countermeasure.
