文档介绍:毕业设计(论文) 题目: 电视遥控器底座的注塑模设计 2014 年还有 UG和 CAD 图 QQ :2213686293 I 摘要本设计主要介绍的是电视遥控器底座的注塑模设计,通过对产品的分析,用 UG 软件建模出三维图。分析产品的结构和生产的批量,确定该模具为一模两腔生产;为了保证塑件外观要求,本套模具采用潜伏式浇口;为了便于模具的加工,将凹模和凸模内的部分结构做成镶件的形式。在设计时,为了保证模具符合实际生产的要求, 还对模具的型腔壁厚进行了校核。同时还对模具注射机的选择、塑件分型面的设计、浇注系统的设计、成型零部件工作尺寸的计算、结构零部件与冷却系统都做了详细设计。关键词: 模具设计;塑料模具;电视遥控器;镶件 II Abstract This design is mainly introduced the base of the TV remote control to injection mold design, through to analysis of the products, using UG software modeling the three-dimensional figure. Analysis of product structure and production batch, determine the mold for production, one module of two cavities .In order to ensure parts surface requirement that this set of mold adopts the latent type gate .To facilitate the mold processing, will be part of the structure of die and punch into the form of the insert. When the design, in order to guarantee the mould accord with the requirement of practical production, but also to the mold cavity wall thickness on the check . As well as the selection of mold injection machine, plastic pieces of the parting surface design, the design of gating system, molding parts working size calculation, structure parts and cooling system are made a detailed design .
