摘要
在市场经济条件下,中国作为一个发展中国家,国内企业大多以中小型为主。中小企业以其特有的优势,在现代市场经济中发挥着越来越大的作用。大力发展中小企业,实现可持续发展,已是社会的共识。
资金是企业的血液,筹集足够的资金,是企业生存和发展的需要。企业筹资方式的选择与企业资本结构、资本市场的发展有着密切的关系。对市场经济条件下中小企业筹资方式的研究,有助于中小企业在拓宽筹资渠道和拓展筹资方式上采取有效应对措施,使资金筹措有更多的突破性思路,从而保证中小企业在国际金融危机带来的风浪中,站稳脚跟,渡过难关,不断成长壮大。

Abstract
Under the market economy condition, China takes a developing nation, domestic enterprise mostly by middle and small scale primarily. The small and medium-sized enterprise by its unique superiority, is playing the more and more major role in the modern market economy. Develops the small and medium-sized enterprise vigorously, realizes the sustainable development, already was society's mutual recognition.
The fund is enterprise's blood, collects the enough fund, is the enterprise survival and the need to develop. The enterprise fund raising way choice and the enterprise capital structure, the capital market development has the close relationship. To the market economy condition under the small and medium-sized enterprise fund raising way research, is helpful in the small and medium-sized enterprise adopts effectively in the development fund raising channel and in the development fund raising way should to the measure, causes the fund to raise has more unprecedented mentalities, thus guaranteed the small and medium-sized enterprise brings at the international finance crisis in the storm, stands firm, got through the difficult time, grows unceasingly the strength.
