摘要：目的：评价盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：选择漫性牙周炎的患者68例，共120颗患牙，分为试脸组（60穎牙用盐酸米诺环素软膏）和对用组（60颗牙用碘甘油），试脸前后检査牙龈指数和牙周袋深度，：用药4周后，试脸组牙龈指数和牙周袋深度明显好转，临床疗效综合评价，试验组优于对照组，差别有统计学意义（〉。结论：盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效显著，具有一定的临床运用价值。
